When you're that pretty,
who needs a costume?

We know how those Bassetts LOVE to drink!

Hmm, maybe this was an excuse for MOM to dress up!

Maybe if this little girl had Barbie,
the dog wouldn't suffer so much!

Now that's style!

Revenge of the grass patch!

Maybe this kid just got tired of walking.

Isn't my back adorable?

Oh yes, my front end too!

We thought the height of the headress was well proportioned to the length of his nose!

Little
Chihuahua at the piano.

This kid has her very own embroidered travel pouch!

We get to see Doggles in action, not bad!

There was also a third dog...purple of course.

Absolutely my favorite dog there!

Check out the long hair blowing in the wind!

This is a Puli...kinda hard to tell.

Natural beauty doesn't need accessories.

There were TONS of people there.

Banner for the beginning of the pararde.

One of our favorite couples.

They had search and rescue dogs in the beginning of the parade with their handlers.

Sandy
having a blast...boy she is a weird one, isn't she?

King of the Parade.

Royal Street, notice the Three Dog Bakery sign hanging on the left.

Raised
New Orleans fire hydrant.

They wanted to participate sooo bad, but didn't have a dog, so they found a stand in.

We couldn't figure out if this dog was real until we got real close...he was transfixed by the chicken nugget.

Sparkie's Last Shot Saloon...our bet is that Sparkie  is an expensive little lady!
